Adjectives

Declension

The adjectives agree with their head noun in number only (for exceptions, → @@).

Overview of forms:

declension	sg	pl
I	linta	linte
II	lungo	lungui
III	ninquë	ninqui
IV	laurea	laurie
V	melin	melinndi

When substantivized, they decline as respective nouns instead:

• I & IV adjectives → I nouns: linte → lintar, laurie → laurear;
• II & III adjectives → III nouns: lungui → lungui, ninqui → ninqui;
• V adjectives → V nouns: melindi → melindi.

All participles decline as adjectives of first declension: lórala → lórale, rúcina → rúcine. For formation of participles, →9.
